Es el segundo barrio completado por OPAL. El nombre, &quot;Bonnie Brae&quot;, es un nombre hist\u00f3rico para la propiedad que data del siglo XIX; se traduce del escoc\u00e9s como &quot;pendiente hermosa&quot;.<\/p>\n<p>El plan del sitio agrupa viviendas en una porci\u00f3n de cuatro acres de la propiedad para minimizar el impacto en la tierra, preservar \u00e1rboles emblem\u00e1ticos y proteger el bosque circundante.
