La zonificaci\u00f3n aplicable permite una casa por medio acre para viviendas asequibles que sigan siendo asequibles durante al menos 50 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>La ubicaci\u00f3n, cerca del embarcadero del ferry, es ideal para las personas que trabajan en la parte suroeste de la isla o que viajan diariamente a Friday Harbor.
