Ingreso elegible.<i> <\/i><\/h2>\n<p>To be eligible to purchase an OPAL home your gross <strong>household income is $165,000 or less<\/strong> annually.<\/p>\n<p>Each OPAL home uses different funding sources to make it affordable, therefore there are different income requirements depending on which home you purchase. The majority of our homes are limited to those earning 80% of Area Median Income (AMI) or less for San Juan County. A limited number of homes are also available to those earning up to 115% AMI, and to those earning up to $162,000. Additionally, please note that you cannot buy an OPAL home if you already own a house property.<\/p>\n<p>Your total assets may not exceed the following amounts:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Asset Limits<\/strong> (under 62 years of age):<\/p>\n<p>Personal Net Assets &#8211; $301,000<\/p>\n<p>Retirement Assets &#8211; $451,000<\/p>\n<p><strong>Asset Limits<\/strong> (62+ years of age):<\/p>\n<p>Total Personal and Retirement Assets &#8211; $752,000<\/p>\n<h2>4.
