The crew is working carefully to remove trees where buildings will be constructed while maintaining the \u201cpreserve and protect\u201d areas surrounding the trees and undergrowth that will remain.<\/p>\n<p>Also in November, OPAL\u2019s general contractor, Dawson Construction, solicited bids from subcontractors.
