To be eligible to rent a Reddick Apartment, you must be…

1. Income eligible.

The apartments are available to applicants earning up to 65% of Area Median Income (AMI).

Currently 65% of Area Median Income (AMI) is:

2. A San Juan County resident.

Applicants must have lived in San Juan County for at least one year or be employed by or have an employment contract with a San Juan County employer.  This requirement may be waived if no qualified applicants are interested in the available apartment.  Only one member of a household must meet the residency requirement.

3. Able to provide landlord verification and references.

References must indicate a likelihood of success as a tenant and must reflect an ongoing ability to pay rent.

4. Able to provide:

• Verification of employment
• Local business/utility references
• Local personal references
• A criminal check
• A credit check
• An application fee to cover the cost of the credit check.
